Would second this wish list item. Having a generic drop down, comment box or something similar would be very useful. This would greatly help figure out why contacts are unsubscribe, as now we just have to guess.
Just clicked a "SafeUnsubscribe" link from *cough* Constant Contact. They gave me an interim page that had a button to unsubscribe from all or, below that, a list of subscription preferences/segments that I could modify instead.

Yes, thanks for the update. I agree that it wouldn't be necessary to sort by this field, although it would be nice.

I know we're working some modifications in to the next release that will help prevent the accidental unsubscribes, though if someone actually clicks the link, I'm pretty sure they are still going to have to resub to fix that.

I was wondering the same thing. I'd hate to throw money at a band-aid solution, if our "Wish" will be coming true soon.
Yes, and on that same page give the option of changing interest segments rather than completely unsubscribing (as mentioned in other threads).
I agree that we need field for "profile last updated". It is otherwise difficult to know which system is correct. Please MailChimp, please!
