Yeah, I believe the top two images (the ones Outlook failed to resize) caused the body to be wider than it should be, and that's why the header appears to be sized incorrectly.

I totally second this. Allow us to customize the look and add a schedule, like once a day at 8am for 1 week, something like that (this is actually what I do for my clients, where I actually do this for their last 5 campaigns) this would be awesome.
Here is a minor request, but when I send out campaigns, I always append Google Analytic tags to my links. When I am looking at the report in the click performance section, it shows the links with the Google Analytics tags appended to the links... ...
