Send previous newsletter to new list member (manually)

Consider a small business with a small list of subscribers and their 1st quarterly newsletter just went out. Now a couple additional people subscribe right after the mailing went out ... and you really would like to / need to send them the same newsletter. Like mailing a back issue of a flyer ... but then digital :)

How does one in MailChimp send the same / an existing newsletter out to additional subscribers?

I don't see a nice way to do it without duplication of campaigns ... and then getting results split over multiple reports.

I guess forwarding the received newsletter from one's own inbox, to the new subscribers would be one way to go about it ... but it is hardly elegant, time consuming and its results would not be integrated.

If this functionality is not present, can it be considered for future implementation?
