I would really like more information regarding template building and design so I am able import a editable template in mail chimp so if I need to make a change. (And I always need to make a change) I can without messing around with the code.
Oh Also a Master Suppression List for my entire account.

I wish that it would let the person registering for the newsletter choose just the country name in the Form's address field. Currently, one either has to write the whole address (street, city, state, country) or nothing at all (in my form address field is not mandatory). If I just choose the country in the form, then it defaults back to USA. It does not retain the country I have chosen, if I do not fill out the entire address. Or for example, if I just write the state and nothing else, it will give me an error, "Please enter a complete address." It should give the option of filling out anything in the address line, for example city or country. Then it would be easier for me to filter all the members by country or state, even if they have not written their whole address.
I am new to MailChimp and experiencing some short falls in functionality.
The first two things we were hoping to do, that I'm told aren't currently available features are:
1) Include a segmenting condition for when a user was included in another campaign. i.e. I've sent off campaign A, and I am preparing to send campaign B to a segment of my list. I want to make sure that campaign B doesn't go to anyone who received campaign A, so my users/customers aren't getting duplicate/multiple emails – The segment conditions for campaign A and B may capture similar (but different) results. Then campaign C would go to a segment that is the remainder of the list that didn't receiver either A or B.
2) The option to save segmenting conditions. As in above, if I'm creating a very specific and targeted campaign, I would like to save that set of conditions for later use – or, be able to load them as opposites in order to return reverse results.
Hope this makes sense and my apologies if these are previously discussed features.
I'll second this. I just seconded someone else's comment that had a similar request to this. But I'll add one more related thought here - something that's available in Constant Contact but not MailChimp - the ability to make sure that the same message will not go to the same person twice. That way if I'm creating segments or resending an email b/c there are new subscribers, I can easily send away and not worry that I'm duplicating messages to the same email address.
I'd really like to be able to setup my own authenticated domain for DomainKeys/DKIM rather than using the built-in one. I'm not keen on the way the built-in one displays in some email clients.
Would be great to create a campaign that uses 2 or more RSS feeds so that content can be categorized/organized nicely. For example it would be great to create an upcoming events feed I could put in a side column and an news feed that I place in the main column.
I have a few requests being a newbie user (and these are probably down to my incompetence that I can't do them!)
1. I would like to be able to change the order of the folders on the left hand side and have sub folders in there - I do multiple campaigns for events on different dates and it gets a nightmare as all the different dates are all over the place.
2. I'd also like to be able to replicate a whole folder and campaigns within it - I sometimes have 40 emails to send - I have to send to a test group first for sign off, which means I then have to go back and replicate all 40 before I can send live - one click would save hours.
3. I'd like to be able to select more than one list to send a campaign to at once
4. And finally (for now!), I'd like to be able to select multiple lists (and also campaigns) and be able to remove them rather than one at a time.
I don't want much do I....!!!! I think I drive your live chat guys mad with all my requests :o)
I wish MailChimp would offer "Subscriber Chiclets" that can be edited from scratch using CSS. There are ten different chiclets now, but I'd like to use my own colors.
And since all of my subscribers are Dutch, I don't want the button to read "subscribers" either. Actually, I want it to read anything I can cook up at any given time...lol!
